Why graduation is important in life?

Graduating from college marks an important milestone in life. It is a time to celebrate the achievement of a fundamental life goal and, at the same time, to leave behind a formative stage in life. With the closure of university life, there are also new beginnings and challenges associated with assuming a more adult role in society. Graduation represents the culmination of a journey and the achievement of a goal.

It's an exciting period in a person's life and a number of feelings will arise in the graduate. While most people think of graduation as an exciting and wonderful commemorative event, many don't recognize the other emotions evoked by this time of transition. Graduation can not only generate feelings of emotion, pride, and anticipation, but also feelings of loss, discouragement, and fear. In addition, people involved in the graduate's life often convey the expectation that the graduate will feel excited and cheerful.

Graduation may seem like a lot of fuss over nothing, especially if all you want to do is take a moment to relax and enjoy the summer after finishing high school or college. The graduate often doesn't get the message that a whole spectrum of feelings can arise before, during and after graduation.
